Visit the Madison Visitor’s Guide for information on dining, shopping, entertainment, golfing, movies, theater/dance/arts, etc.

Is there advance material to read or to prepare prior to attending a program?

Yes, the majority of the topic specific and custom programs have advance materials emailed or mailed to participants about two weeks prior to the program start date. Advance materials may include cases or articles to be read and assessments or questionnaires to be completed. It is important to include a street address, rather than just a box number, on your registration form because overnight mail may be used in special situations.

What kinds of program materials will I receive?

You can expect to receive materials during the program. These materials might include books, articles, handouts, or notebooks.

Will I be able to send and receive e-mail at program breaks?

Wireless connectivitity is available throughout the Deming Way facility. There is limited access to computers so it is recommended that you bring your own laptop. There are also two computers and printers available for participant use, which are password protected. The password can be obtained from our on-site manager.

A full-day program typically provides two 15-minute breaks and an hour lunch to allow participants time to check e-mail and voicemail.
