Moses Altsech, PhD
Moses Altsech is a dual citizen of the United States and the European Union, and has lived in the United States since 1987. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Cincinnati and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Altsech taught his first college class at age 22; since then he has been on the Marketing faculty at The Pennsylvania State University (University Park, PA), Butler University (Indianapolis, IN), and Campus College of Arts and Sciences (Athens, Greece). He is currently Associate Professor of Marketing and Marketing Area Coordinator at Edgewood College (Madison, WI). Dr. Altsech has been the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, and Butler University honored him by establishing a teaching award in his name. He joined the Downtown Rotary Club of Madison in 2005.
Fluent in 3 languages, Dr. Altsech has traveled to more than 30 countries in 5 continents, acquiring a wealth of international experience and a global perspective on business and social issues. Professor Altsech is an expert on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, Strategic Marketing, Marketing Research, and Marketing Communications--but also an avid student of history, philosophy, literature, politics, and international affairs. Over the years, Dr. Altsech's research has been presented at international conferences and published in several prestigious marketing publications. He has appeared as a Marketing and Customer Satisfaction expert on television and radio programs, and has been featured in several magazine and newspaper articles.
Dr. Altsech has made professional presentations to corporate clients, professional associations, and nonprofit organizations both in the United States and overseas, and has extensive experience as a Marketing Consultant, trainer, and public speaker.
